Bayan University organized a scientific workshop on Monday 2/12/2019 under the title of “Using the program of (PLS – SEM) on Monday 2/12/2019

In the presence of the president of Bayan University Dr. Fuad Mawlwd Shareef, assistant vice president for scientific affairs Dr. Bangeen Mussleh Oudel, the dean of faculties and a number of professors in all disciplines, in addition to a large number of students. They came together to add knowledge and benefit from this kind of scientific workshops.

The program of (PLS – SEM) is one of the most important and sensitive programs for the research of thesis and statistic study. The partial least squares path modeling or partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-PM, PLS-SEM is a method of Structured equation modeling which allows estimating complex cause-effect relationship models with Latent variables

2/ the difference between (formative and reflective) methods in the composition on the Building the measurement model in the PLS program
