In which the judicial investigator (Dr. Ahmed Miran) presented a research paper entitled (Criminal Protection of the Child in National and International Legislations) that shed light on the conventions and treaties governing the rights of the child, the extent of governments in it, the position of Iraqi legislation on the suffering of the child in areas of armed conflict and the forms of violence committed against him in the family and school The Legal Counsel (Walid Khaled Qassem), the General Coordinator of UNICEF and the Ministry of Labor for Social Affairs in the Kurdistan Regional Government presented a research paper on (legal treatment of Child delinquency, in which he shed light on the behavioral deviation of the child resulting from violence and the position of the Iraqi legislation on it. He reviewed the role of UNICEF in child protection and cooperation with the government by developing a strategy to prevent child delinquency and how to rehabilitate him in case of exposure to him.
