Bayan University organized a seminar under the tittle of (Mediations) presented by Assistant. Lecturer. Mohammed Rzgar on Monday 13th of December at Bayan University Newroz Hall. The seminar maintains the main characteristics of deeply divided concern about the lack of peace and instability, because of indelicate implementation of democracy per se, as a result of that conflict arisen leads to more bloodshed in all terms. In addition, in order to maintain peace and stability in the conflicted societies, the international community stepped forward and took actions throughout different terms as such negotiation in terms of Mediation regarding deeply divided societies.
