Law Department Students Present a Full Trial Practical Simulation
Within the framework of the Department of Law's endeavor at our university to link the theoretical study of law with practical practice in the courts and provide them with practical experience that they will benefit from after their graduation and their involvement in work as judges, prosecutors or lawyers, the students of the aforementioned department presented on Saturday (4/5/2024) and on the virtual courtroom in our university building a complete practical simulation of the facts of a trial in a criminal case.
At the end of the simulation process, which was attended by the professors of the Department of Law and students of various academic stages in it, Their Excellencies the President and Vice Chairman of the esteemed Board of Trustees, the President of the University, the Assistant President of the University, the Head of the Law Department and some of the teaching staff in the department presented certificates of thanks and appreciation to the students who participated in this important event, which was supervised by Dr. Haha Lagurd Aziz Khan, lecturer in the Department of Law at our university.
