Student-run clubs, cultural events, sport and volunteering.
Clubs at Bayan are started and run by students. Scientific societies attached to a department, cultural and language groups, sport teams, debating, volunteering and the student media all operate the same way: a group of students proposes it, Student Services registers it, and the university provides the room and the budget line.
Registered clubs may book campus space, run events in the university's name and apply for funding each semester.
To start one, bring a short proposal — what it is for, who is organising it, and what it needs — to Student Services. What is running now is listed under Events.
