Admissions
Moving to Bayan from another university, or between programmes here.
A transfer is assessed on the study already completed, not repeated from the start. The Registrar's Office compares the credits you hold against the programme you want to join and decides which of them carry across.
Two things determine the outcome: whether the earlier institution and programme are recognised, and whether the content of the completed courses matches what the Bayan programme requires at that level. A transfer that would leave a gap in a prerequisite is admitted at the earlier stage rather than refused.
Bring the official transcript, the course descriptions for everything you have passed, and the certificate from the previous institution. Applications are considered before the start of a semester, in line with the academic calendar.
