How a Bayan degree is recognised, and how a foreign one is assessed here.
Two questions arrive at this office and they are not the same one.
A graduate asking whether a Bayan degree will be accepted abroad needs the university's recognition status and, usually, an attested copy of the certificate and transcript. The office issues the attestation and can say what a given country's authority normally requires.
An applicant holding a qualification awarded elsewhere needs it assessed against the level Bayan admits at. That is an equivalency decision, and where the awarding country requires it, the decision of the competent authority is what the university acts on.
Bring the original documents. A photocopy cannot be attested and an unofficial translation cannot be accepted.
